Outside of jail, another Palestinian was hurt by Israeli soldiers
According to the Red Crescent, as Israeli soldiers opened fire on those awaiting the release of the second batch of inmates from Ofer jail, a 17-year-old Palestinian was hurt by live bullets.
Hamas claims it will postpone releasing the second wave of prisoners
The armed wing of Hamas has announced that it will postpone the release of the second group of detainees, citing violations by Israel of the conditions of the ceasefire agreement.
The Qassam Brigades claimed in a statement posted on the messaging app Telegram that Israel ought to permit relief trucks to access the northern Gaza Strip and follow the established “criteria” (i.e., seniority) in order to free the Palestinian detainees

Red Cross claims Gaza has enormous medical needs.
The Red Cross reports that it has successfully transported some essential medical supplies and equipment to al-Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
According to a medical professional inside the facility, anesthesia and painkillers were recently delivered and are being utilized “to perform surgeries on the sick and wounded, arriving in large numbers.”
Israel fire, according to UNIFIL, strikes a patrol in southern Lebanon.
According to the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), Israeli gunfire struck one of its patrols near Aytaroun in southern Lebanon.

Palestinian injured by Israeli soldiers outside Ofer prison: Red Crescent
According to the Palestine Red Crescent, an Israeli soldier opened fire on civilians outside the military jail close to Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, injuring a Palestinian man.
